Where does the accusation come from that Black people were, historically, strong supporters of Nazism?

I just read a comment in a thread on this subreddit which, in part, said the following:

‘Who do think is beating up Jewish people, and sometimes Asian people, in the United States?

And look at all the African leaders who vehemently supported and endorsed Hitler and Nazi Germany. Thousands of African men VOLUNTEERED for military service with Nazi Germany.

Black people are the leading cause of anti-Semitism, at least in North America’

That second paragraph seems difficult to verify as most search results about WW2 and black people discuss their victimisation.

Does anyone have any idea where this comes from? It’s a fairly alarming historical fact (allegedly) and I keen not ignore it if is substantially true.
