Where does a non-Jewish person, with Christian roots, begin to learn about Judaism thoroughly?

Basically, Christian roots. But extremely compelled to learn Judaism.

I’ve read here and there the Zohar, Sepher Yetzirah and bits of the Torah.

I don’t really know anyone that’s Jewish that can teach me the ways to go or how to start. I know that there are different “sects”? Such as Karaite. Basically, and idk if this is a horrible way of going about asking but what I’m hoping for is something like

Step one: Torah

Step two: learn about Kabbalah

Step three: Talmud.

Idk. Clearly I know nothing. Would like some help and guidance though

Thank you
