Where do the Flowery Hasidic Suits come from?

We all know about the black suits, but occasionally I see Hasidim wearing these colorful suits with flower prints and other beautiful patterns (see photo in article link)

Where did this sort of suit originate? It sort of reminds me of suits ive seen in my travels to Asia, but…different lol. Was it designed by Hasidim? Does it have religious significance? Today, is there a place to go to buy one? Who wears these, and for what occasions? What is the meaning and significance of the patterns?
