Was at a Shabbat lunch this week with a group of modern orthodox singles, and 1 woman at lunch mentioned she was bisexual. I live in a large & fairly liberal modern orthodox community that has numerous openly gay folks & trans or gender queer people. But I realized I’ve actually never met a modern orthodox identifying person who is also an out bisexual person. I can definitely see a bisexual person being closeted cause it’s just much easier. But now I’m curious.
If you are modern orthodox & bisexual, are you out? If not, why not?
If you are neither, do you know someone who is both modox and bi? Are they out?
