What’s the Jewish term for someone who has no nation?

Goyim means “someone from a non-Jewish nation.” But what if someone has no nation? What would be the Hebrew/Jewish term for someone who has no nation or someone who was born into no nation? For example, a kid with a Jewish dad and a mom who is from a patrilineal (or bilineal) society who will never accept the kid as one of their own people. Essentially, what is the Hebrew/Jewish word for outcast?
