What’s the difference of Torah and the first fives book in the Christian Bible w apocrypha

Orthdox Christian trying to look at other religious text and though I’d ask a community that may know well. I’m thinking about getting the Torah so I can get a Jewish perspective on the text instead of a Christian’s view is there any difference between Torah and then the first five books of a Christian Bible? I also have the Quran and thinking about the Book of Mormon too to see how they view things.
