What would Chabad outreach to an intermarried Jewish man look like?

That’s the question. Would they do outreach to this person? What is the view of Chabad on this person’s place in Judaism? Obviously, I understand it’s difficult to speak for an entire movement. But maybe someone has had some experience with this?
