What translated into English version of the Shulchan Aruch do you recommend for someone new to studying it?

I would like to start studying some of the Shulchan Aruch every day. I looked it up and there’s a few different English versions. I am not knowledgeable enough to know which is the best for me to pick to read, as a beginner and someone who doesn’t know any Hebrew.

I’d really appreciate any guidance on the matter.

As a bonus question, how long would you recommend someone space out reading the entire Shulchan Aruch over? (E.g. aim for 1 year, 2 years, etc).
