So, a friend of mine is cleaning out a relative’s home (the woman is 98 and has been moved to a hospice facility). The woman has a copy of (1940 so not first edition of anything) Mein Kampf with a letter enclosed. The letter is to the woman’s brother who was somewhat famous in the Army helped establish GI radio in England. My friend (non Jew) asked me (Jew) to tell her what to do with the book. She said “if you tell me to burn it, it will be burned”. She’s sending me a photo of the letter to read. Anyone have any ideas? Should we burn it?
