What should kiruv (outreach) look like in non-orthodox settings?

As someone who is very involved with two very small shuls, neither of which are formally affiliated with a denomination, we really struggle with bring new people in. I’ve been thinking a lot about how some groups, especially orthodox groups, absolutely kick ass at kiruv.

From your experience, what could a non-orthodox shul do to better reach out to folks who are not currently involved with a Judaism or a shul?

Thanks in advance!
