Every community sings the cantillation marks different, yes some marks indicate the same thing in all communities, but in general, the singing is different. I’ve also heard that ta’amim is primarily supposed to act as punctuation as opposed to “musical notes”, but I’ve also heard the opposite. So my question is, what about the ta’amim is from Har Sinai?
