What is the Jewish perspective of Gentiles keeping the Sabbath?

I hope that I’m offending anyone with my question.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading regarding Christianity and Judaism. Some might have heard that a “Christian denomination” practices keeping/resting/observing the Sabbath day as well as other Jewish laws (such as dietary) which comes from the Mosaic law.

It’s apparently quite a debate amongst Christians and I thought that the perspective of this community would be insightful.

I would appreciate if there are any resources on Jewish teachers speaking about this as I have tried to find videos on YouTube with no luck.
