What is the earliest and latest possible dates in the Gregorian Calendar for each Hebrew month?

Because they’re based on different ideas (the Gregorian Calendar is solar while the Hebrew calendar is lunisolar), the dates don’t match up between the two, and the same date in one of the calendars can be a totally different date on the other in a different year.

What I’m curious about is this: What is, in the Gregorian Calendar, the earliest and latest possible date for each month in the Hebrew Calendar? Or to put it another way, what is the “range of dates” in the Gregorian calendar that each month in the Hebrew calendar corresponds to? Does anyone know where this information can be found? I can find date converters, but not anything that gives me the date ranges.
