What is the difference between converting to Orthodox Judaism and converting to Reform?

I believe by converting to Orthodox, you are recognized as being a Jew by all as oppose to converting to Reform in which you still not seen as a Jew by some. Aside from that, how is the process of converting to Orthodox different than the process to convert to any other branch of Judaism?
