Time and time again I find myself using my NKJV version of the bible for various verses in the Torah to compare wording via biblehub and where else its used to convey maybe a similar meaning etc. But most versions I’m aware of are based on the Septuagint. The commentary is also based on current thought. I would find it useful more or less to know what the actual teachers back then however thought. I feel this may contain some translation issues because its Hebrew to Greek ultimately to English. I’m certain the broader concepts are captured but I would think a directly Hebrew to English would be best? Is there a good interlinear text out there? Basically just trying to get to the original original text/meaning I possibly can. Thanks in advance for any help!
