I am wondering if anyone could help me with the Jewish view on Daniel 9 prophecy? When I read the prophecy it sounds like making reconciliation for iniquity, bring in everlasting righteousness, seal up vision and prophecy etc had to be done before the year 70. Because it says that 70 weeks or 490 years are appointed to accomplish it. So why does Judaism say that it would be done after the year 70?
