What does this Sephardic curse mean?

My family has a mystery surrounding this Sephardic phrase my grandfather would often say, which was passed onto my dad, and then to me. The issue is we have little idea what it means, or even what language it is. My grandfather died long ago and we don’t know Hebrew or Ladino.

It sounds like “Pessia mawk-eria lock-uh-may per-ius”. It’s said when angry or frustrated like a curse word.

My grandfather was Sephardic and came from Turkey. I know he spoke Turkish, Hebrew, and Ladino, so it could be any of those. If anyone knows anything about this or what it could mean I’d love to know.
