What do you call the traditional tune and cadence for learning?

What is the name for that tune that frum Jews always use during learning? There is a particular melody and cadence that is always used, both in English and in Hebrew or Aramaic, when religious texts are being read or religious questions being asked and answered.

I don’t know how better to describe what I’m talking about, without recording an example. But if you are or grew up frum, you’ll know what I mean. It’s almost the same as the tune used in this recording of ma nishtana (in Yiddish).

Does this have a name?
