What do i need to know/do in order to have a proper tombstone unveiling for my grandmother?

For reasons i dont want to get into due to family drama, we’re having the unveiling of my grandmother’s tomb stone 8 years late.

My step mother has decided that i should be in charge of all of the ceremonial matters and prayers, i suppose cause i’m the “most jewish?” In my family.

I’ve turned to some of my siddurim or one book i have on a guide to jewish practice, but i can’t find anything on what to do for this kind of ceremony.

Is anybody able to point me towards some resources or help out? I’m a conservative Jew but my family is reform if that’s relevant.
