What do I do? Should I do anything?

I’m 16 and I work at a small diner chain in a pretty conservative part of Texas, but I’ve never experienced any antisemitism before aside from middle school boys yelling “heil hitler” at me, but I always knew they would never do anything. Today I was cleaning tables near closing, and this 6”0ish muscular guy walks up behind me, like uncomfortably close, and asks if his call-in order is ready. Him being behind me spooked me because I’m 4”11 and 120 pounds, looking up and seeing a large man looking down at me has always been scary. I walked behind the counter and grabbed his call-in order and recalled the order on the register. I make small talk with him, ask him how his day was ect, the usual with any customer. He was acting friendly until he noticed my Star of David necklace, and his attitude visibly changed. “The star, are you Jewish?” His tone changed from conversational to threatening. I said yes and he tipped $0 on his $90 order, grabbed his food off the counter, and told me I should be more careful. Something about the way he said it was terrifying to me. He said it like a threat. He didn’t mean it supportively. I cried in my Uber on the way home. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. I’ve never had this happen before. I’m going to stop wearing my Star of David in public, but besides that should I report it to my manager? Sorry if I sound sensitive, I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
