I studied Talmud and Biblical Literature in high school for four years. I’ve forgotten quite a bit (admittedly almost all of it) since then, but I do remember reading some fascinating tidbits about weasels. I think one of them related to re-searching the house for chametz if you see a weasel inside your dwelling during Pesach, but I may be wrong. Can anyone share what they might be?
