We got a matzah pizza thread going yet?

Okay so this idea was very not traditional. I started this morning with the intention of making a bagel style lox/cream cheese. But then I found some sun dried tomato pesto….

So I put down some matz, layer of cream cheese, then spread some sun dried tomato pesto, threw down some beefsteak tomatoes, shallots, and topped with lox.

I think this qualifies as pizza. It was like Michelin star gourmet s*%$. Jewish Gordon Ramsey here.
