Want to convert. Live with non-Jewish partner.

Apologies in advance, if this is the wrong sub for this then I’m sorry.

I have been desperate to convert to Judaism for the last few years, but I have a boyfriend who is not Jewish nor interested in converting. He is an atheist.

Are there any options for me to become Jewish? I told my Rabbi about my boyfriend and he advised me that he didn’t want to take my conversion any further.

The thought of not fully converting and following the Noahide laws hurts my heart.

Does anyone have any advice for me?
