Twice it has the phrase קדש קדשים but vowelised slightly differently; once as קדש קֳדשים, with a chataf kamatz, and once as קדש קָדשים, with a regular kamatz. I remember somewhere back in sefer Vayikra there was the same thing as well with one kamatz among a series of chataf kamatz.
Is there any grammatical difference between the two, or do it just be like that sometimes and I just have to remember which one is which when leining?
