Visiting an inactive Church for tourism

Hi all, I will be visiting Italy later this month and will be traveling around to a lot of big cities where there are obvious church attractions to see. I know it is forbidden to enter into a church as a Jew, but what if the church is not currently used as a house of worship and strictly as a tourist site? Just trying to plan out the different places I can visit. Also, if anyone knows any good kosher restaurants in Italy (Rome, Venice, Bologna, and Milan are all places I am looking to visit) I would appreciate it! Thanks so much in advance 🙂
