My shul is falling part. Its a small Chabad. The Rabbi is close to 70. He has lost his energy. The area is at beat conservadox. The regulars don’t have great Hebrew reading skills. Mine are okay.
I’d like to lead prayer Fridays night and have an uplifting Kabbat Shabbat. But – Im not sure what tunes to follow. They follow the Chabad customs – but quite frankly – these days I see the Rabbi bei g a bit more flexable – a like allowing us to repeat words. Anyway – if you have some suggestions. I’d really appreciate it.
