Turns out my great-grandmother was Jewish (unbroken matrilineal line). Does that make me Jewish?

Sorry if this isn’t the right place but I don’t really know where else to ask.

Turns out that, as suspected, my great-grandmother was jewish. It was hushed up and never really talked about when she moved to my country (different times).

I’ve always been interested in jewish history. Theoretically, could I convert if I wanted to? I’m not planning on it because I’m not religious, but if I became religious later in life, could I? Could I move to Israel if I wanted?
