Just sharing my story. I shared it here years ago and people were rude but I hope to help others so maybe some of the right people to hear it can hear it. I did 4 conversions, all while out as trans. 2 of them were orthodox, one LWMO and then a giyur lchumra with 2 haredi rabbis and 1 centrist MO. Obviously orthodoxy isn’t all accepting of transness but I’ve found a lot of acceptance even in unsuspected areas. I studied in a yeshiva in Israel that fully accepted me. I’m accepted in my Orthodox community. I no longer really consider myself orthodox but I’m still (mostly) observant and still very involved in orthodox communities.
