Torah/Judaism Book Recommendations

Background: Was raised by my stepfather who is Jewish. Grew up celebrating Hanukkah, Passover, Yom Kippur and Shabbat on Fridays. Experienced going to Synagogue a few times. I feel culturally connected to Judaism even though I am not Jewish…. I don’t know very much about the teachings and would like to learn more. Is there a book out there that has very simple translations of the Torah? Almost like an ELI5 version? Something other than Judaism for Dummies but more like a book that includes the Torah and then very simple translations side by side? Not sure if that makes any sense. Would love any book recommendations, please and thanks!
