Too embarrassed to ask IRL Orthodox rabbi. I’m autistic, my house is over 30c inside, I find it difficult + painful to wear much clothing aside from underwear due to sensory issues. What’s the minimum amount of clothing to wear for prayer?

I looked it up and saw a quote that if someone finds themselves with no clothing, the minimum to wear is shorts and an undershirt. I wanted to see if this applies to my situation as well.

I’m autistic and my sensory issues are very very extreme especially at the moment with the heatwave where I am, it’s uncomfortable to be in my house or anywhere at all.

I am too embarrassed to ask my LOR as I don’t want it to make me look bad.
