Tisha B’Av service help

I’m going to temple for the first time in a while for Tisha B’Av. I’m working in a city I don’t live in and have been to this synagogue once before for Shabbat. People were kind but it’s more liberal than I expected (tattoos and facial piercings—nothing wrong with that, but an echo of my bubbie saying things like “G-d gave you holes where you need them” came to mind). What can I expect for the service? I’ve only celebrated high holidays in the past, not counting Shabbat every once in a while when grandparents were alive. I’m looking forward to it albeit a bit nervous. There aren’t many Jewish people in this country (I’m an American living in New Zealand). Thank you so much in advance for your support and help!
