Okay, I’m not religious right now. I was thinking about getting back into the church (Episcopal) but I have such a bad relationship with Christianity (because my childhood) that I don’t think it’s for me anymore. I also just to work in a Jewish daycare center and loved celebrating all the holidays. I also loved the traditions, people and vibe of the Jewish culture.
How should I get started? How is a Jewish synoguge diffrent from a church? What should I know before showing up to a Jewish place of worship?
