I was scrolling through an encyclopedia article about Sephardic Judaism but came across this. It mentions that halacha in the Sephardic world is based on the times it is in if I am writing it correctly meaning if halacha will adapt with the times.

I didn’t Google Translate it because I don’t trust it entirely.

But because I do not encounter many Sephardi and especially Sephardi Haredim, I do want your insights on this, is this really like that in that stream or Haredi? I am quote curious as I never really got to interact with that many even though I was in Jerusalem (because most of them I saw were Ashkenazi).
