I recently watched a movie called incitement about Yigal amir (I recommend btw) and most of the movie he talks about the law of Rodef and how Rabin is one but the law confuses me I can’t find anything in the Torah about or not Talmud ( I only have two volumes ) so can someone tell me where I can find it
