There is some sort of Talmudic passage that when certain things happen, that results in anti-semitism and other maladies. Something like when Jews don’t story Torah, it results in hatred of Jews, when Jews don’t do something else it results in famine, when Jews don’t do a third thing it results in flooding, etc. I’m not saying I agree, I’m sure I don’t, but I remember seeing it when perusing one of the books of the Talmud. Can anyone provide the quotation? Thanks!
