Anyone here a student or alum of Syracuse University and have knowledge of what Jewish life is like on campus? I’m in the process of looking at colleges and while I know Syracuse has a massive Jewish population, from what I’m seeing it looks like there aren’t many observant students and there isn’t even a weekday minyan. Curious if anyone has or knows anyone who has experience there and can speak to observant Jewish life in regard to daily minyan, Shabbat, kosher meals, etc. Would appreciate input regarding Maryland and NYU too, though those have plenty of observant Jews on campus with daily minyan and all that per my knowledge.
