Suppprting Jewish people?

I just had a question. As a non-Jewish person, what are some good ways for me to support Jewish people? I’ve been thinking of (when I’m more financially stable) doing planned givings to some Jewish day schools, so that more children can receive a Jewish education. Is that a good method of support?

Also, is it weird that I worry about a lack of Jewish community in my area? We have a synagogue, but we have (as far as I’m aware) no kosher restaurants, no kosher grocery stores, etc. (The Jewish day schools I referenced earlier are about an hour away).
