Hi all. Shabbat shalom! I’m an organizer and I’m starting a gig helping my congregation grow/change/survive. Anyone know of any subs for congregational leaders (professional and lay) that are working to help their shuls survive and grow and adapt? I know there’s a jillion shuls like ours that are suffering and changing. Thanks in advance!
