So I’m curious, is the double kitchen thing for kosher requirements more common among the Orthodox or do all of the denominations practice it?

People keep talking about the double kitchen thing when it comes to kosher, but from my understanding the double kitchen thing because of the meats and the milks is mostly for this people who follow it pretty strictly. To my understanding kosher is like a spectrum and some people follow it more strictly than others.
