Sharing my Gluten Free Kugel recipe

  • 2 boxes of Gluten Free uncooked barilla rotini or penne (24oz)
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream (16 oz)
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (16 oz)
  • 2 8oz bricks of cream cheese
  • 2 cups granulated sugar (16 oz)
  • 2 sticks of butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt (1/6 oz)
  • 4 tsp vanilla (2/3 oz)
  • raisins (optional)

  • crushed cinnamon Chex

  • preheat oven to 350°F (~176°C)

  • In a bowl or stand mixer, combine all ingredients except for pasta and cinnamon Chex

  • Pour uncooked pasta into greased casserole pan (9×13 in), pour watery batter over pasta and mix to combine. Add raisins and mix

  • spread crushed cinnamon Chex over the top of your mixture

  • bake for 50 minutes, or until the top is moderately brown

I don’t know if anyone else will actually make this, but I’ve been constantly making it.
