Shabbat without bread

This isn’t applicable to me at the moment, I current have enough machine matzah that I bought on clearance after pesach to cover probably two years of shabbosim… but so far every single time I’ve been to the store and no matter where I go, flour is picked out.

No flour = no challah.

I know the halacha about being able to substitute challah for wine when there is no wine for Kiddush, but what if there’s no challah (because of a flour shortage)?
