I am having a difficult time to reconcile the two scripture. Jereiah and Ezekiel serve the same G-d, Yahweh. How can they say two different things regarding one event?
Lamentation 5:7 Our fathers sinned, and are no more; and we bear their iniquities.
Ezekiel 18:20 Righteous people will be rewarded for their own righteous behavior, and wicked people will be punished for their own wickedness.
