Hello there,
I was born to Jewish parents. Went to Hebrew school, grudgingly. Got mitzvahed and go to services on the holidays sometimes. I am now 19 and taking a gap year. I have been falling down the rabbit hole of eastern spirituality and “God is a Verb” by Rebbe David Cooper has fallen into my lap. I’m hooked. I love every word, and I feel something deep from this text. I never enjoyed learning Hebrew growing up, now I want to move to Jerusalem and become fluent (funny, I know).
Anyways, the point is: Can anyone out there offer me guidance or suggestions? How can I stoke this fire—realistically—and reconnect with my spiritual heritage?
Thanks🤟
