One of my go-to meals is cutting up a chicken sausage, mixing it with sticky rice (I use the Bibigo microwaveable packs from Costco), and then pouring soy sauce on top. It’s quick, inexpensive, has protein, uses stuff with a long shelf life, and very tasty. Unfortunately, soy sauce is not kosher for Pesach on account of containing wheat and water. I’ve had the sausage/rice mix without soy sauce, and it isn’t as good. Does anyone know of any sauces that could fill the role that are kosher for Pesach?
