Same sex Jewish parents?

Jewish law says that a person is a Jew if their mother is a Jew. But what if the child has a Jewish mom and a non Jewish mom? What if the mom that gave birth is not Jewish but the other mom is? What if the Jewish mom was pregnant but was inseminated using an egg from the non Jewish mom? What if the non Jewish mom was pregnant with an egg from the Jewish mom? What about gay men? Do they have to find a Jewish woman to carry their baby? I know that it doesn’t matter for the most part, if your Jewish than your Jewish. But I want to know what the answers would be according to this law.
