Remembering to say brachot before food and drink

I’ve been trying to become more observant of saying brachot before I eat/drink but I cannot seem to remember to do it. I always remember after the first few bites or later after I’ve finished.

I’ve tried sticky notes on the table and in my lunch box but to no avail. Any suggestions?
