Recs for Sephardic / Mizrahi cookbooks or recipes?

I’m looking to be able to cook more of my partner’s favorite home dishes from Israel (we live in the US). I’m a good cook, but didn’t grow up eating the kinds of things he grew up eating. I want to be able to cook them more for us, but it feels like I just don’t even know what I don’t know as far as what’s out there…

Anyone have recommendations for Jewish cookbooks or recipe bloggers more in the Sephardic or Mizrahi flavor profile? He loves so much full flavor with tomatoes and fish and oils and bold spices.

His family is from Israel, with origins before that in Iraq, Yemen, and Spain if that helps…

Also if I should really just look for Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cookbooks generally not necessarily ‘Jewish’ just let me know
