recommended apps or programs to learn Hebrew?

i need to learn Hebrew so i can study torah and pray properly. i’m guessing i need to learn biblical Hebrew to do this, so i’m not going to bother with modern Hebrew at all right now.

recommendations for easy to use apps or programs would be appreciated.

EDIT: forgot to mention i have a handle on the Hebrew letters themselves. i just am struggling to read and sound out words properly with the vowels. the vowels are what i struggle with mostly.
