Can you recommend some good Ashkenazi cuisine in NYC? (German-Jewish, Polish Jewish, Ukranian Jewish, Russian-Jewish, Austrian-Hungarian czech Jewish, etc)
I’ve been to Katzs and Russ and Daughters, and while theyre great i’ve had everything on the menu in those kinds of places. I’m looking to try new dishes beyond pastrami and lox that my ancestors may have made in the ‘Old Country’!
