Rambamists: Why do internet Rambamists conflate the rabbinic concept of גר תושב/בן נח together as if Rambam perceived them to be the same, and then claim that we erred in thinking that the Noachide laws are only relevant in a theocratic Jewish state ?

No source ever said that the Noachide laws are only applicable in a theocratic eretz Yisrael. I mean the fact that according to rabbinic tradition the laws were revealed to Adam and also Noach should tell you that they are universal and not bound by geographical location or they must only followed by Jewish rule 🙄
